In this appointment we will present the project in a comprehensive way, and finally we will quote the model you like the most, as well as the amount of the deposit, the down payment and the discounts you could have access to.

IMPORTANT FACT: After you set aside, you have 1 calendar week to provide all your documentation and give the remaining amount that has been agreed upon for your down payment and total payment.

The offer letter is a document that your consultant will give you, where you must include your personal and financial information, it must be accompanied by your official ID and must be completed before signing the purchase contract of the property that you will soon live in.

After you have submitted your application, you will have 15 business days to sign the contract for your new home. No matter where you are, we will send you the physical document for you to sign it, and we will take care of the return shipment, at no cost to you.

Remember: you’ll be able to have the contract in your hands, as long as you make the down payment.  

Your contract will only be valid until you deposit the remaining amount of the value of your apartment. When you do so, you will be the owner of the ideal space to start a new stage of your life.

From this moment on, you will have recurring information about your property, construction progress, and much more.
